1. Errata 

To ensure the same content of the files in the OASIS library and in the Git repository of OSLC Open project, we agreed to use the Errata process to revise the two turtle files (promcode-shapes.ttl and promcode-vocab.ttl). 

To that end, Kamimura created a ZIP package that consists of files in OASIS Standard with revised turtle. He then moved that the TC approve promcode-v1-errata-csd03 and all associated artifacts packaged together in https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/oslc-promcode/download.php/69912/promcode-v1.0-errata01-csd03.zip as an Errata Draft to OSLC PROMCODE Version 1.0 OASIS Standard approved on 11 March 2022 and confirm that the errata corrections do not constitute Substantive Changes to the Standard. The motion was seconded by Yabuta-san. There were no discussions, nor objections. The motion was approved unanimously. 

Then, Kamimura moved that the TC approve submitting promcode-v1-errata-csd03 contained in https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/oslc-promcode/download.php/69912/promcode-v1.0-errata01-csd03.zip for 15 day public review. Yabuta-san seconded again. There were no discussions nor objections. The motion was approved unanimously. 

2. Documentation on IBM's implementation of a PROMCODE server 

Wakao-san reported an update of the work of documenting IBM's implementation of a PROMCODE server. He has had difficulty in recreating the implementation and asked more time. The documentation is expected to help new users of PROMCODE for implementing a PROMCODE server in the future. In particular, it is hoped that it can help users continue to use spreadsheet for managing project management data using the framework of PROMCODE. 

Actions: 

Kamimura to start the Errata process by contacting TC Admin Office. 

Wakao-san will try to make a progress on IBM's implementation and give his thought on supporting the use of spreadsheets.
