        Attached, for committee review and discussion, is an updated PBD-SE working draft (v02) reflecting IPC additions to section 1 and especially to section 2 setting out all 7 Privacy by Design Principles.  New text has been highlighted in light yellow solely for ease of view. 

As before, text highlighted in blue is instructional only and will be removed in later versions of the document.

We have not attempted to insert text and other suggested contributions circulated by other TC members; this can done after committee members meet to review and agree.
