Some typos:
 base 2.2:  PROBABALISTIC and PROBABLISTIC (the second several times)
  in place of PROBABILISTIC
 curr constant appendex: GOST PARAMS 0x250 & successors -> 0x1250...

And there is still no include file (really *needed* for writing code
using PKCS#11.)
