Ballot to approve 4 PKCS 11 Committee Specification Drafts with Non-Material Changes made since its last public review has been set up

The PKCS 11 TC members [1] have requested a Special Majority Vote to approve PKCS #11 Cryptographic Token Interface Base Specification V3.0, PKCS #11 Cryptographic Token Interface Current Mechanisms Specification V3.0, PKCS #11 Cryptographic Token Interface Historical Mechanisms Specification V3.0, and PKCS #11 Cryptographic Token Interface Profiles V3.0 as Committee Specifications. 

Changes have been made to these Committee Drafts since their last public review. The description of the changes can be inspected at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/66357/PKCSk#11-v3.0-CSD-PR-Comments-TC%20Response-v4.pdf. 

The TC judges these changes to be Non-Material in accordance with the definition in the OASIS TC Process (http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#dNonmaterialChange). The TC requested this ballot in accordance with the procedure for approving a Committee Specification or Note (http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#Non-MaterialChangesSummary).

The ballot can be inspected at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=3459. The ballot opens on 13 December 2019 and closes on 19 December 2019 at 23:59 UTC. Â

Any Eligible Person concerned that the changes are Material is asked to bring their concern to OASIS TC Administration at  so that the appropriate actions can be taken.Â
