PKCS #11 Specification v3.1 - Value of CK_VERSION version in CK_FUNCTION_LIST - still 2.40?

InÂhttps://docs.oasis-open.org/pkcs11/pkcs11-spec/v3.1/os/pkcs11-spec-v3.1-os.pdf, the text at line 1050-1051 (SectionÂ3.6) states "The major and minor versions must be set to 0x02 and 0x28 indicating a version 2.40 compatible structure."

Is this still true for the current Version 3.1?
