PKCS11 Interop Test extension

Hi folks,
I've had some requests to extend the PKCS11 Interop test, and in
light of the late posting of the Feitian tests, I suspect this is
the right thing to do. I'm looking at pushing the close time until
Wednesday 20th January 2016 at 12pm US-PST. This will match the
closing time of the KMIP Interop test which has also been extended.
If anyone disagrees with extending the PKCS11 Interop, could you
please reply as soon as possible?
