p11-tests: A simple test suite

I mentioned this in our meeting.

p11-tests is a simple (albeit incomplete) test suite for banging on a
PKCS#11 module. It also has a 'harsh/unexpected' mode which provides
invalid inputs and tries to crash the module. It's built as a library
and can be linked into test processes for other projects.

Depends on OpenSSL, builds on Linux, Windows, and probably elsewhere.

I don't raise this as a complete viable solution, but as a note of
previous effort in this area.
