Attributes - general organizaational comment.

For 2.40, I think I would like it if we created a section specific for Attributes and listed all of them there along with handling comments.
In the various sections we then just list the names of the attributes and indicate mandatory or optional.
As it is right now, only the common attributes are listed in one place, the others are scattered all over.
