PKCS 11 TC ballots created

Hi –

 

I’ve just created the 3 ballots related to Mike StJohns’ proposals, as voted in our PKCS 11 TC call yesterday.  If anyone sees any errors in the ballots, please let me know!

 

A couple of things I’d like to call out:

 

-          Please note that I set the end date for all 3 ballots to Tuesday 9-July at 9 pm EDT US; that is the day before our next PKCS 11 TC (not the day of the meeting).  That end date allows slightly more time than the 10 days we’d typically allocate for Simple Majority ballots such as these. Closing on the Tuesday will give me time to check the results before our meeting on Wednesday (I’m traveling that week and may not be able to check the results on Wednesday).  

 

-          As usual there will be 3 reminders about the ballots.

 

-          I reviewed meeting attendance through yesterday’s meeting before creating the ballots, using the attached meeting attendance report.  As far as I could see, there were no changes in voting privilege for anyone in the TC (compared to the ballots I created 2 weeks ago).  If you believe you should have voting privileges and do not have them (or have them and shouldn’t) please let me know.
