this (and the next upload) is the updated PKCS #11 V2.40 Usage Guide.
It includes the following changes:

- incorporates text from the approved proposals from Stef Walter ( Remove restrictions on R/O sessions proposal only) and CHris Duane (Padded Oracle Attacks)

- removes Deferred section.
I think it's probably better not to set expectations in this way, after all.

Are there other approved proposals that contained text intended for the Usage Guide?

i did not remove the section containing the comparison to Fortezza etc.
We had discussed this, but on reflection it seemed to me it might be better to keep it for this version, as it as in V2.30.

There are various other fixes to typos etc.
