PKCS 11 TC voting privileges

Hi – I’ve made the following change to the PKCS 11 TC voting list, based on attendance through our last call (report attached).
- Ajai Puri changed from voting member to member If there is an error in the attendance report or questions about voting privileges, please let me know!
