I forgot to describe the changes I made in this revision.

1. In the C_EncryptAssociationInit section, note #1: added "in a CK_OBJECT_HANDLE_PTR output argument" to clarify how the handle to the new association object is returned to the caller.

2. In the C_EncryptAssociationInit section, added note #6 to point out the alternative of passing the IV generator mechanism as a separate input parameter to C_EncryptAssociationInit and its advantage.

3. Appendix: Multiple-Part Message-Based Encryption Functions was rewritten.
