Noticed this problem in pkcs11-curr-v2.40-csprd03a.doc:

CKM_X9_42_DH_PKCS_PARAMETER_GEN and CKM_X9_42_DH_PARAMETER_GEN in the
PKCS#11 v2.40 draft both seem to refer to the same mechanism.
