updated voting eligibility for PKCS 11 TC

Hi –

 

I’ve just finished submitting the requests to OASIS admin for their review/uploading of the Committee Spec / Note drafts and for creation of the Special Majority Ballot to promote them to Committee Specs / Note. 

 

 I’ve also edited the PKCS 11 TC voting list (attached), based on the most recent attendance (including yesterday’s call. Note that the cancelled 22-Oct call is not in this attendance list).  If you are not on the list and believe you should be (or are on the list and shouldn’t be), please take a look at the attendance list and let me know of any questions/issues.
