PKCS11: motion to move forward with AES – XTS?

Hi folks - Would any of you be willing to move at a motion at today's meeting to push AES – XTS forward to ballot?
It should be something like: "x moves that a Full Majority ballot be created to determine whether the TC accepts the addition of the AES-XTS mechanism to the PKCS #11 Current Mechanisms v2.40 as defined in the proposal (URL) by Mark Powers on 08-June-2015".
