Vendor workarounds for C_Login

Hi Folks -

Looking back over the face-to-face notes from Feb '16, I believe I
had an action to poll folks to see how they are working around
any limitations of C_Login.

1) What are the biggest gaps you see for this function?
2) how do you work around these issues?

This information will help guide the design of C_LoginUser,
as well as possible changes to C_Login itself.
