        Changes are the minimal modeled off the wrap/unwrap template. Changes are to Private Objects, Secret Objects, and C_DeriveKey sections.

Note: nothing is stated with respect to handling of a DERIVE_TEMPLATE on derivation mechanisms where there is more than one derivation key.
