        Darrens comments which were adressed in this update:

- how does the CKD key derivation work. reference to rfc 5869 maybe, or the

relevant FIPS standard as does the PKCS#11 standard already.

- also remove the CKM_DSA_BLAKE2B_* pkcs11t.h defines

- Remove FIPS recommendation.
