agsc-tpki-requirements.txt - Local signature validation



The current requirement document does not address 
local validation of signatures, in spite of being a vital part of many existing 
signature schemes.  It is worth noting that there are major complexities 
associated with this part.

 

BTW, please add a -00 to the file 
name in case there would be an update.  Versioning is 
crucial.
