Information about the document named Transaction-PKI Requirements
(agsc-tpki-requirements-00.txt) (formerly agsc-tpki-requirements.txt) has

Document Description:
As required by the PKI Steering Commitee, the AGSC was asked to validate
the requirements of the "Transaction-PKI" project with at least 2
independent end-users of PKI.  Based on input provided by Ross Smith and
Shaheen Abdul Jabbar, these requirements were validated.  As such, this
effort will focus on these requirements in attempting to define guidelines
for the use of PKI in signing web-forms.
