PKI Action Plan 0.4 posted

I haven't received any comments on version 0.4 of
the PKI Action Plan, which I posted for TC review
last Monday. Therefore, I have asked the OASIS
administration to post it for public review, replacing
the previous version at this URL:

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/pki/pkiactionplan.pdf

Now everyone will see the latest and greatest version
when they go to download it. I don't think we need to
make any particular effort to publicize the changes we
have made. If you feel otherwise, please let me know.
However, I do think that the document is improving
as we receive and address comments.
