PKI Action Plan Draft 0.5

Here (attached to this email) is the latest draft
of the PKI Action Plan. I made all the changes
approved by the PKI TC at our December and January
meetings. I also updated the Action Plan to reflect
the fact that we have moved beyond the review period.
And I added a section at the end where we'll list
supporters. For now, the only thing that's there
is a list of the PKI TC members (past and present).

Please review this draft and send comments to me or
to the pki-tc list. We will vote on approving this
draft at our TC meeting this Thursday.
