New IETF PKI activity

At last week's IETF meeting, there was a big
discussion of how to make certificate use
and deployment easier. A mailing list has
been created and a BOF may be held at the
next IETF meeting in November.

I have joined the list and sent a few emails
about PKI TC activities, since I think we
share similar objectives. I thought you
would like to know. Feel free to join the
email list if you like. No prerequisites.
Little traffic so far.
