For the PIV work and related developments, start with http://csrc.nist.gov/piv-project/ As for the Commercial Bridge, start with http://www.tscp.org/ and look for "Commercial Bridge" or "Certipath" (the branding name for the bridge). TSCP stands for Transatlantic Secure Collaboration Program. Another useful site is http://www.afei.org/news/supply.cfm . There you will find information and links to background information on the International Collaborative Identity Management Forum and some working groups that are getting off the ground.
