Moving forward with PKI TC

Hi Arshad,

Regarding PKI TC, you need to do the following:

REVISION OF TC CHARTER AND NAME CHANGE
- If the current charter has to revised,  please create the revised 
charter highlighting the
changes to the original one, include the new name for the TC (if 
required), have it agreed
by TC members internally, and then send it to Mary McRae, OASIS TC 
Administrator for
review. Once this is fine, Mary will set up an official ballot for the 
TC to vote on the revised charter.

TRANSITION TO NEW IPR
- Get an internal agreement (consensus) among your TC members on the 
mode of IPR that PKI
TC is going to operate under
- Request Mary to set up an official ballot for new IPR Transition

SELECTING A NEW TC CHAIR
- If a new TC chair for the PKI TC (with new TC name and revised 
charter) has to be selected, announce
that you are stepping down from the position of PKI TC chair
- Call for nominations for a new TC chair among your TC members
- Once the nominations are received, I canl setup a ballot for the TC 
members to select a new TC chair
