Ticket entered for public review for PMRM

Thanks Chet.  All, the issue raised on the call this morning - regarding whether the list of people to be notified about the review would itself be 'public' - seems to be moot. Although the mail archive of the TC is public, the details of the JIRA submission (referenced in the link) which contains the full list is only visible to registered OASIS members, so we have adequately protected the privacy of those people cited as recipients - which is probably good practice for a privacy management TC... ;-)  You will see that in the end the list is more than the "30 or so" that I had indicated on the call - it is actually closer to 160 external contacts!
