EU Art 29 Working Group paper on Binding Corporate Rules

FYI, attached is a recent working document from the “Article 29 Working Group” that brings together data protection specialists from the EU’s 27 Member States and provides guidance to the European Commission on data protection enforcement.

The document is a draft and there are some errors (notably the absence of the column headers! – the two columns with yes/no answers should be labelled “Present in BCR?” and “Presented to DPA?”)

I need to take another detailed look to see if there is anything of further value for us…
