Formal motion for today:
“The PMRM TC approves the latest draft:
https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/pmrm/download.php/48531/PMRM-v1.0-wd06.pdf
as a new draft committee specification in response to the second public review.

As the minor edits included are only non-material changes to the previous public review draft, the TC agrees to proceed with the formal request to the OASIS TC Administration for a TC member ballot to approve the new draft as an OASIS Committee Specification”

Subject: [pmrm] Update to PMRM - ready for vote on Thursday
Importance: High

Hi,
As you know, the PMRM draft specification went to a second Public Review in January and we received a series of comments which the editors are obliged to review and consider.
Of the issues raised, many raise questions that are probably out of scope of the current document while remaining of interest and concern to us, possibly further down the road. Some others have raised questions of clarity and some small non-material changes to the text have been proposed as a result.

At the next meeting – this Thursday, 8am Pacific, 11am Eastern, 16:00 CET – the Committee will be asked to approve this set of changes as “non-material changes” to the document. The implication of this designation is that “non-material” changes do not require a further Public Review cycle and the Committee can agree on Thursday to proceed with a formal ballot – conducted by the OASIS administration – to approve the document as a full Committee Specification.

The document that the editors are asking you to approve on Thursday is:
https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/pmrm/download.php/48531/PMRM-v1.0-wd06.pdf (authoritative version) and
https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/pmrm/download.php/48532/PMRM-v1.0-wd06.docx (editable version)

For your reference and to provide a full “audit” and due diligence:
The document submitted for Public review is:

The full list of issues raised during this review is:

A copy of the revised document showing all “tracked changes” is:
https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/pmrm/download.php/48533/PMRM-v1.0-wd06-TRACKED.pdf

All the best and many thanks to all editors and contributors for getting us to this stage.
We need a quorum of voting members of PMRM on Thursday – please attend!

Best regards,
Peter
