Attached is a draft revision of the PMRM with embedded comments  for committee discussion.  Thanks to Gail Magnuson and Michael  for their many thoughtful and valuable suggestions.  We ask TC members to review this draft for discussion at the upcoming PMRM TC meeting.
The goal of the revision is to propose modifications to the PMRM reflecting changes in privacy since the original specification was approved in 2013 - including concepts such as Accountability, as well as the relationship to Privacy by design and the PbD-SE specification.
