NIST has finally released NISTIR 8062. The OASIS PMRM is called out on page 13 along with ISI/IEC/29100:2011 as the two Frameworks/Models.

We are pleased to  announce the final release of NISTIR 8062 ,  An Introduction to Privacy Engineering and Risk Management in Federal Systems.  NISTIR 8062 introduces the concept of applying systems engineering practices to privacy and provides a new model for conducting privacy risk assessments on federal systems.
