TC Members,  Gail Magnuson and I have drafted a PMRM Quick Start Guide -A 19-STEP QUICK START GUIDE TO HELP ACHIEVE REGULATORY and POLICY COMPLIANCE

 We are requesting review by TC members and feedback.  Purpose is to provide an easier access to the PMRM methodology by practitioners  who may need a more accessible document than the complete PMRM v1.0 CS02 specification.
