basic design of tag structure 2
The values of numerical or temporal parameters are represented
in attribute instead of a content of element. This is because
the tag can correspond not only a value but also constraints
or structure of the object.

$B$[$H$s$I$N%?%0$O!"CM$,MWAG$NCf$G$O$J$/!"B0@-$K@_Dj$5$l$F(B
$B$$$^$9$,!"$3$l$O!"=EMW$JFCD'$G!"MWAG!a%*%V%8%'%/%H$O(B
$BJ#?t$N4i$r$b$C$F$$$k$?$a$G$9!#$D$^$j!"MWAG!aCM$G$O$J$/$F!"(B
$BCM$H$7$F?6Iq$&$3$H$b$G$-$k$7!"@)Ls$rI=8=$9$k$3$H$b$G$-$k$7!"(B
$B9=B$$r$"$i$o$9$3$H$b$G$-$k$3$H9MN8$7$F$$$k$?$a$G$9!#(B

For example, value of <item> is not represented by

$B$?$H$($P!"(B<time>$B$H$$$&MWAG$NCM$O!"(B

<time>2004-06-13T12:00:00</time>

but,

$B$G$O$J$/$F!"(B

<time value="2004-06-13T12:00:00"/>

where, following specification is available.

$B$HI=8=$9$k$N$O!"$b$7$3$l$,@)Ls$rI=$9>l9g$K(B

<time><latest value="2004-06-13T12:00:00"/></time>

$B$H$9$k$?$a$G$9!#(B
