[provision] Updated Use Cases from ADPr

I re-did some the Use Cases for ADPr to bring it up a level and with the
glossary of terms, displayed in the glossary document.  Attached to the use
cases are the sequence diagrams as an addendum.  I don't expect anyone to go
through it but they are a reference right now.
