SPML draft 15 - remarks

Hi Darran,

Several remarks with regard to the current draft:

1. Page 24, line 574 (example): "<identifier providerIDType..." should be
"<providerIdentifier providerIDType...>"
2. Page 24, line 588 (example): "<identifier providerIDType..." should be
"<providerIdentifier providerIDType...>"
3. Page 51, lines 1050-1053 should be revised. The <providerIdentifier>
element IS mandatory.
4. Page 73 should contain a reference to the SPML Roadmap document.
