A few additional use cases I am missing :
1) Provision Authenticator ( Password / Shared Secret / Keypair ) for a PSO
2) Query available roles/provisioning context
3) Assign PSO to role/provisioning context
4) De-assign a PSO from a role/provisioning context
Protocol Level Use Cases :
1) Query partial schema
2) Query status of filtered requests
