Simplified and Traditional Chinese draft versions of the OASIS QUOMOS Charter

The OASIS QUOMOS Charter was translated into Simplified Chinese. And it was automatically converted into a Traditional Chinese version by MS Word. Maybe these translation drafts could be used to facilitate the understanding of the Charter.
