QUOMOS TC: please read - regarding TC status

Members of the QUOMOS TC, 

I am writing because I just became aware that the TC does not have a Chair and appears not to have had a Chair - nor any other activity - for quite some time. 

Under the rules of the OASIS TC Process (section 2.15 Closing a TC - https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#closingTC) I am required to close a TC that has not had a chair in place for 120 days. 

Is this a sign that the need for the TC is over and it is time for the TC to close? Nothing wrong with that at all. If, on the other hand, you feel that there is still work to do be done, then the TC needs to meet and elect a Chair as soon as possible. 

Please let me know your thoughts on whether or not it is time to close the TC.
