Joe, 

I believe they have a separate Word doc (or Spreadsheet) that
contains examples of CC's as per the Table 6-1.   We'd be able
to load data out of either one - into an XML serialization - either as
a single large XML instance with lots of members, or split into
individual XML instances for each of the CC items.
