Updated Requirements Mapping

Team,

Things are coming together quite nicely - attached please find an
updated "Requirements Mapping" document that reflects our current
thinking on requirements [S1] to [S30]. Please review and provide
feedback.

Even though we have 81 total requirements to tackle, you might be
surprised at how close we are to the finish line:

[S35]-[S43]: Mostly handled with existing Classification mechanisms

[S44]-[S64]: Mostly BIEs, which will most likely be handled as "Core
Components that are classified according to at least one of the 8
context categories"

[S65]-[S81]: Mostly covered by existing RIM - the requirements that are
not may/may not be recommended by us for incorporation into RIM
