Continued Registry TC Review of Core Components Work

At our 8/21 Registry TC call, we were able to review the first 22
requirements (approximately 1/4 of the total). I would like to propose
that, if possible, we dedicate 45 minutes of the next 2 calls to
reviewing the remainder of the requirements with the TC. 

I expect that the amount of time to review each requirement will become
less as time goes on, so things are not linear here. It's quite possible
that we'll be able to cover the remainder of the requirements in 2
calls. Please let us know if that is possible.
