Example from CCSD - Steps in Registry

I took an example from the CCSD Primer (from the table on p.46) and
determined the high-level steps required for creating/registering the
various entities (CCT, Core Component, etc.), and the dependencies
between each step. I stopped with BBIE for now - please see the attached
document. 

In general, the steps are:

1. Register CCT "Code. Type"
2. Register Base BCC "Processing. Code"
3. Register BCC "Document. Processing. Code"
4. Register ACC "Document. Details"
5. Create BBIE "PurchaseOrder_Document. Processing. Code"
