Next steps on XSD

Since I have not heard back from John on his AI to update the XSD for
name spaces, I would like to propose that someone else take it over.
John, Please if you have done something please share, if not then please
do not do any work on that work item.

If anyone is interested please call me at 781-942-7277. If no one
responds in the next 4 hours then I will be glad take ownership of that
AI.
