Ground rules for TC/FTF planning

Are there any established OASIS ground rules for the planning of this TC's
FTF meetings?  The information that I would find most helpful is as much
advance notice as possible, duration of meeting, location of meetings, etc.
At any time, I would like to be aware of the next two FTF meetings.
