[regrep] Latest schema files: fixed bugs reported by Schema QualityChecker (IBM)

Attached is another set of fixes to bugs reported by Schema Quality
Checker (IBM). Thanks Krishna for validating against Tibco
Extensibility.
I think we are getting to where I can see the light at the end of the
tunnel :-)

I am trying to validate with MSXML but cannot figure out how to use it.
If anyone kow how to use it please get in touch with me. Thanks for
pulling together on this.
