Here is the second of three comment documents.  The proposed change is to
revise the Copyright statement to the correct OASIS wording (not including
UN/CEFACT).  However, I do not know what the correct wording should be.

Correct wording appears to be this:

Copyright © UN/CEFACT and OASIS, 2001. All Rights Reserved

as evidenced by the original specifications.
