[regrep] Need 3 members

Hello All,

The paperwork to submit our documents for OASIS membership approval is 
being done.  (Even though the Forwarding Ballot is not yet closed, we want 
to be ready if it is approved.)

We do not yet have certifications from three OASIS member organizations 
stating that they have successfully used the RIM and RS specs.  Please see 
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/regrep/200111/msg00094.html for the 
original call.

The specs cannot be put forward without this.
