[regrep] Request for time change for regular bi-weekly TC meeting

Some of us have a conflict with our TC bi-weekly meetings and the WSA 
weekly meeting. I would like to explore if we can shift our meeting time 
30 minutes later so the new meeting time is 5-6:30pm US Eastern instead 
of 4:30-6pm US Eastern. This will also make it a little easier for those 
who wish to dial from the far East. Would such a change be of hardship 
to anyone? Thanks for your consideration.
