[regrep] Some documents of interest

Attached is an outline of the key topics and actual UN Minutes published
from the 1st CEFACT FORUM meeting. Most recently three draft work products
have been published for comment:

The purpose of these documents are to establish  templated processes to
insure common implementations of the standards.  They are available for
comment.  Historically there have been many comments made regarding the
feasibility and  the need for Core Components, necessary to evolve more
quickly.  I believe this release  is a major step in that direction.  Also,
to insure  better understanding of the key concepts, a Core Components
Supplemental Document team is working through two demonstrations, to
further highlight the objectives.
