Could we also solicit input from independent consultants who may
be interested in contributing pro-bono to the report?

Seems like this could be a mini-collaborative team - like the one
that just produced some excellent submissions to the Presidents
 
WG on Homeland Security.

I suspect the DAMA conference in January would be an excellent
venue to do a kick-off meeting for the team...
