Is there a need for the Semantic Content Management Subcommittee to discuss multimedia content?

Is there a need for the Semantic Content Management
Subcommittee to discuss multimedia content?  Should the ebXML Registry be
used to manage RSS content, Atom API Content, MPEG-7 Content, and Haptic
Content? Haptic content would allow users to feel their interfaces and has
application in both distance learning and telemedicine. Should the subcommittee
discuss SIP-based content like VoIP call set up rules, presence and location
content?
